# In-person group session

> What should you know to maximized our time and potentials

## As the organizer

* Plan before hand on what to do for your event.
* Ask people if you need help with preparation.
* Schedule your events based on everyone's collective availability using tools like [when2meet](https://www.when2meet.com/).
* Request people to be present at least 30 minutes to one hour before the start of the session to give people who could be late a buffer.

## As an attendee

* Try to arrive on time (always).
* Be a gentlemen when at someone else's place.
* Clean up by yourself.
* Don't do stuff to someone else's belongings without their approval.
* Try to talk stuff (it can be anything).
